LSERS is requesting proposals from SOFTWARE APPLICATION DEVELOPING CONTRACTORS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENT FOR THE REDESIGN OF OUR INTERNAL APPLICATION SYSTEM. Proposing software application developing contractor should have adequate financial resources for performance and the resources to complete the project successfully.
