FY2019-20 Employer Statement Finalized
FY2019-20 has officially closed.  Corrections to salary and/or contributions for FY2019-20 can only be processed through a Prior Year Correction (PYC). Your agency’s employer statement has been finalized and is ready for your review. LSERSWeb provides two detailed reports to support your employer statement:
  • Employer Charges and Payments Report – provides detailed records for the total charges and payments on the employer statement.
  • Employer Transaction Report – provides transaction records including charges, payments, PYCs and interest charges by chronologic order.  To avoid future interest charges, please make sure any balance due is paid by the 15th of following month.

Termination of Retiree Return to Work (RTW) 1006 – Earnings Limit

The monthly earnings for any RTW1006 retirees must be reported. If retirees are previously employed and no longer working, please remember to terminate them to avoid a reporting exception. Supporting Documents Should be Uploaded at Time of Enrollment

Did you know you may upload certain documents to a member’s record when you enroll them? The online Enrollment procedure provides details on which documents are currently accepted, and how to upload them. This feature means that you do not have to mail-in or fax copies which expedites finalization of the enrollment process. 
 

REMINDER: Annual Privatization Questionnaire (APQ) Due 10/1/2020

All school systems must complete the LSERS APQ for each fiscal year ending June 30. The APQ is now available online, and must be returned to LSERS on or before October 1, 2020 for FYE 6/30/2020.  For more information about privatization, please see Fact Sheet 22 – Consequences of Privatizing LSERS Positions.
