Membership Eligibility
As in every industry, change is part of our environment and from time to time school systems must create new positions. If the employee’s work is in student transportation, maintenance, or the custodial field, then they should be enrolled in LSERS.

Photo Id Requirements
In our ongoing effort to protect member information and provide excellent customer service, we are now requesting members to present valid photo identification to conduct
all in-person transactions. This includes
retirement planning, account changes
or member information requests. Please
make your employees aware of this change.

Holiday Office Closure
Please be aware that our office will be closed the following dates:
Monday and Tuesday, December 25 and 26 for Christmas, and
Monday and Tuesday, January 1 and 2 for New Year’s Day.
