Contribution Exception Report Available Online

Employers can view their Contribution Exception Report online.  With the end of the fiscal year fast approaching, this is a good tool to use to help clear up exceptions. Let’s get a jump start on clearing these exceptions. There are approximately 900 exceptions still outstanding for employers to clear by year end.  Please check your report.  The procedures for accessing the report and a chart for resolving exceptions can be found here.

Coming Soon – Online Insurance Report

A new enhancement is in the works!  A health and life insurance deduction report will be posted on the secure portal on for employers to view their health and life insurance deductions.  Once available, this online report will replace the hardcopy reports that LSERS currently mails to employers.  Be on the lookout for this  enhancement which will reduce costs for the retirement system and our members!

Reminder:  Return-to-Work Retirees Online Enrollment and Salary Reporting for Earnings Limit

July 1 will mark our second year anniversary for enrolling all return-to-work retirees online through LSERS secure online LSERSWeb portal.  This applies to both retiree groups (earnings limit and certified shortage of full-time bus drivers).  The online enrollment replaced the paper Form 15N which is no longer available.  See RTW Enrollment Procedure for more details on this process.

The Form 15 (now obsolete) which was used for monthly salary reporting for earning limits retirees was also replaced last year with online reporting.  See RTW Salary Reporting for Earnings Limit 1006 Procedure.  This group does not pay retirement contributions while employed after retirement.
There have been no changes for reporting the salaries earned by retirees who return to work in a full-time bus driver position due to a certified shortage.  Unsheltered contributions are withheld and reported on the same salary reports as active members.
